JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 07.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered.

Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2014.

Since the petitioner has serious criminal antecedent, let learned Court below positively cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially
