JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one F.I.R named accused were caught along with five children on Railway platform and the accusation against the petitioner and co-accused is that they were carrying the aforesaid children to get them employed as bounded labourers. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Railway Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya G.R.P.S Case No. 122 of 2015.
