The petitioner is said to have given Garasi blow causing head injury to informant's husband, who appears to have sustained simple injury. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of land dispute.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. case No.187 of 2015.
