JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of letter contained in Memo No. 9 dated 04.01.2016 issued by Engineerin-Chief, Rural Works Department, so far as it relates to petitioner is concerned, by which petitioner has been declared defaulter and he has been debarred from participating in future tender.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. It transpires that the petitioner has not represented on a number of dates when the matter was called namely, 16.01.2018, 18.01.2018, 23.01.2018, 06.02.2018 and 08.02.2018 and therefore it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents points out that the petitioner had only completed 35% of the work and in view of non-completion of the work despite reminders, the petitioner did not complete the work, leaving the respondent with little choice but to debar the petitioner from participating in the next tender.

4. Having regard to the stand of the respondents, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The writ petition stands dismissed.
