The petitioner is said to have opened fire on the deceased as a result of which the deceased sustained injuries and subsequently died due to aforesaid injuries.

Although, learned counsel for the petitioner tried to convince me about the false implication of the petitioner but I am not, at all, convinced with his submission and, accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Rampur P.S. case No. 104 of 2015 stands rejected.
