The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.253 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Considering the active involvement of the petitioner in illegal trade of Indian made foreign liquor and recovery of huge quantity of liquor, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/R.RanjanU T
