2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) "for non-compliance of the order dt.- 23.04.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No.-15110 of 2023 by this Court whereby and whereunder the Hon'ble court was pleased to give a direction, observing therein that

Patna High Court MJC No.147 of 2025(6) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 "accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Tilauthu to take the Rent Fixation Case preferred by the petitioner on 16.5.2023 to its logical conclusion after hearing the parties and going through the records within a period of six months from the date the copy of the order is provided to him by the petitioner."

3. In the order dated 21.11.2025, the word be read as "dispensed with" and not "dismissed".

4. A show cause has come on behalf of opposite party no.5 and the learned State counsel has taken this Court to Annexure-D to show that on 17.12.2025, the Circle Officer, Tilouthu has passed an order.

5. Granting liberty to agitate the matter, the MJC No. 147 of 2025 is disposed of.
