Petitioner is in jail custody since 10.11.2015 on the accusation that he was caught along with some others while making preparation for committing dacoity and on being searched one country made katta was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jhajha P.S.
