2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by an order of this Court dated 07.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9610 of 2017 (Poonam Kumari & Ors. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.).

3. The petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondents no. 3 along with copy of order dated 07.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9610 of 2017 within a period of three weeks and the respondent no. 3 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording

Patna High Court CWJC No.820 of 2022(3) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 3 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
