The petitioners were caught along with one Anwar Sapera while they were trying to flee away after pick pocketing the informant. The recover of piece of blade and stolen money was from the possession of Anwar Sapera, who has already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ - (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur (Saran) in connection with Rail Sonepur (Hajipur) P.S. case No.65 of 2015.
