The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sanhoula P.S.Case No. 31 of 2013 dated 03.06.2013 instituted under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail, as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 04.12.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16335 of 2014.

In view of there being a direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months and the same not having been done, a report was called for. Pursuant to the same, a fresh report was received, which was not found satisfactory and, therefore, an explanation was called for from the court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11100 of 2015 (4) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur dated 05.07.2016, which discloses that on 04.07.2016 judgment has been delivered in the case.

In view of the aforesaid, the application, having become infructuous, stands disposed off.
