JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Counsel for the petitioners submits with reference Annexure-1 that petitioners have earlier approached this court in C.W.J.C. No. 692 of 2010 and the Division Bench of this court vide order dated 26.7.2010 issued direction considering the threat of family members of the petitioners on account of joining intercaste marriage. He submits that threats are still continuing and as

Considering the background of this case and in particular, Annexure-1, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.4 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and consider the case of the petitioner for posting at Jamui block, if there is no other legal impediment. The respondent no.4 is oblige to pass a reasoned speaking order, if the petitioners files representation alongwith a copy of this order within three weeks from today, within a further period of two months from the date of filing of such representation.
