Patna High Court MJC No.54 of 2022(4) dt.05-08-2024 2/2 dated 23.07.2021 passed in CWJC No. 7681 of 2021 in the form of filing MJC for correction in the light of Hon'ble Supreme Court decision in the case of Shivdeo Singh and Ors. vs. State of Punjab and Ors. reported in AIR 1963 SC 1909.
