The petitioner seeks bail in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Munna Kumar in Ariyari P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was made accused in different case after being arrested in the present case.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11243 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014.
