JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Counsel for the petitioner after some argument submits that there are some dues on account of the service rendered by him on daily wages for the period between January 2018 to September 2018.

The issue however is required to be examined by the authorities with reference to the work actually performed by the petitioner.

In view of this situation, it is considered expedient that the petitioner should submit his details of claim before respondent No. 5. In the event such a claim is submitted within four weeks, respondent No. 5 should consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. If the dues are found

Patna High Court CWJC No.1765 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 admissible, needless to say that the same should also be paid expeditiously and preferably within eight weeks thereafter. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is sufficient work in the respondent Corporation for engagement of the petitioner further on daily wages as had been done earlier. Without expressing any opinion on the merit of such submission, this Court would only observe that the authorities would be at liberty to offer service to the petitioner having regard to his earlier experience of about one year, in accordance with law.

This writ application is disposed of.
