In the given facts of the case, the explanation furnished by the office is accepted.

In view of the fact that the main writ petition vide CWJC No. 8113 of 2003 itself has finally been dismissed by order

Patna High Court MJC No.728 of 2008 (3) dt.03-08-2016 2/2 dated 04.04.2016, the present MJC application has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed.
