11-01-2017 At the very outset, Sri Vipin Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Magadh University, in presence of Sri Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 16, by way of referring to fact disclosed in the show cause, submits that in compliance with the order of the writ court, the representation of the petitioner was

Patna High Court MJC No.3065 of 2016 (5) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 considered and finally, no favourable order was passed. Meaning thereby that claim has been rejected.

In view of fact disclosed in the show cause, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that if so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy against the order passed by the Registrar, Magadh University on his representation.

The petition stands disposed of.
