JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped 14 years old daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has denied the prosecution case and stated that no one had kidnapped her and out of confusion instant case has been lodged by her father. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of
