It appears that subsequent to filing of the present writ application, the respondents have passed a substantive order dated 20th July, 2009 by which the entire pension of the petitioner has been stopped.

In view of the aforesaid, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 20th July, 2009 in a substantive writ application.
