The petitioner is languishing in custody since 05.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the informant came to know at 4.00 P.M. on 09.12.2014 that the agnates of his cousin sister had killed her on 08.12.2014 at 8.00 P.M. by putting her on fire and disposed of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that admittedly the informant was not present at the place of occurrence, name of the person who informed the informant about the occurrence has not been disclosed. Moreover,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15006 of 2015 (02) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 none of the family members, who were present in the house, have informed the police about the occurrence and petitioner has been roped in the present case due to the dispute. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S.
