The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that out of 38 candidates, respondents have allowed appointment of 37 candidates but the case of the petitioner is still kept on hold.

Considering the fact that all similarly circumstanced 37 candidates have been offered appointment, the writ application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider the representation filed by the petitioner, as contained in Annexure-7, and decide the claim of the petitioner for

Patna High Court CWJC No.4572 of 2021(2) dt.09-04-2021 2/2 appointment within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. It goes without saying that on verification if it is found that petitioner's case is genuine, he should be offered appointment with consequential benefits within a further period of three months. With the aforesaid, this writ application stands disposed of.
