Taking into consideration that four pistols and 50 live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 155 of 2015, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Munger stands rejected.
