2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 448, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted minor daughter of the informant with lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of 12 days without there being any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2761 of 2025(3) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Barh (Patna) in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 77 of 2023.
