Case No. 82 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country made pistol was recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in jail since 17.11.2014.
