On 01.09.2015, the matter was adjourned, on the prayer of one Mr. Raju Kumar, learned counsel enabling him to file Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner, but no Vakalatnama has been filed by the petitioner. Today on call none appears on behalf of the petitioner. However, learned counsel for the respondent-State and respondent no.9, are present.

In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
