2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Anganbari Case No.54 of 2018 (annexed as Annexure-1) in contrary to the guidelines issued by the Government of Bihar dated 05.04.2016.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in light of the order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Anganbari Case No.54 of 2018 by the District Programme Officer, Madhepura, the matter has been settled. Counsel further submits that he had specifically pleaded in the counter affidavit that in Anganbari

Patna High Court CWJC No.3037 of 2019(3) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 Case No.54 of 2018, one Punam Kumari has filed the complaint in which direction has come to settle the matter afresh and it was directed to the Lady Supervisor to take decision in accordance with law. Thereafter, the Lady Supervisor has taken a decision and hence, the order passed by the District Programme Officer, Madhepura has been settled.

4. In this background, it transpires to this Court that the present writ petition has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy afresh before the appropriate forum in the light of the present facts and circumstances.
