Petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.11.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399,402,414,120b of the Indian Penal Code, 25(1-B)a/26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act and 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Prosecution case is that on receiving information that 8-10 miscreants are preparing to commit dacoity, a raid was conducted and five miscreants were apprehended including the petitioner from whom arms, tablets, Syringe, injections and mobiles were recovered. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015.
