Petitioner and other accused were arrested while they were fleeing after committing loot and one country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. For the occurrence of loot, a separate case was registered. Para 3 of the petition reveals that except present case as well as the above stated case of loot, no any other case has been instituted against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Nawa Nagar (Sonbarsa) P.S. Case no. 190/2014. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the
