One old mobile is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and so far as recovery of motorcycle is concerned, the same has not been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner . Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 12.12.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
