JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-04-2017 At the very outset, Sri Kumar Priyaranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 5/ Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (hereinafter referred to as "B.I.A.D.A.") submits that similar relief which has been prayed in the present writ petition has been rejected in other writ petitions and same order has already been approved by the L.P.A. Bench. Both the orders have been brought on record in the 2nd supplementary counter affidavit of respondent nos. 2 to 5 which was filed on 10th April 2017. Sri Ranjan Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the submission made by
