The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

One country-made pistol and four live cartridges were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 31.07.2018. The petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of identical nature. Considering the entire facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges if it has not been framed as yet on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
