2. The matter relates to the FIR, and the connected matter was referred to the Mediation Board. The parties have amicably settled their dispute, and the terms of settlement are contained in the Mediator's Report dated 22.06.2026, which shall form part of this order.
3. In view of the amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, this petition is allowed. Accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of eight weeks of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1796 of 2026(4) dt.15-07-2026 2/2 order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court, Gaya where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 06 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS.
4. In the event of any breach of the terms of the settlement by either party, the aggrieved party shall be at liberty to avail the remedies available under law. The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted only after payment of the amount agreed upon in the mediation settlement.
