The petitioners are languishing in jail since 15.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner no.2 Sanjay Murmu and co-accused Kisan Murmu were sitting on the grocery shop of the informant and thereafter the informant's daughter went missing who is still traceless. Petitioner no.1 is the father of petitioner no.2.
