The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid the amount due for the work executed by him for the respondent no. 4. He further claims for extra work done by him. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction that in case the petitioner files a representation within three weeks from today before the respondent no. 4, the same shall be decided and disposed off within four weeks thereafter. If any amount is found due to be paid to the petitioner, it shall be paid
