2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he misappropriated the public money.

4. Considering the fact that the FIR was lodged on 01.02.2021 and the petitioner has belatedly approached this Court on 09.01.2026, there does not appear to be any apprehension of arrest. Hence on account of delay and latches on the part of the petitioner for which there is no explanation, I
