The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case under Section 25(1-b)A, 26(i)(ii) & 35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner had earlier moved this Court for regular bail vide Criminal Misc. No. 398 of 2015 which was rejected vide order dated 08.01.2015 with liberty that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in jail for nine months.

It is submitted that the petitioner has been made accused in Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 06 of 2013 but he was not named in the F.I.R. and no arm or ammunitions was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
