The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.262 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 327, 307 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegations made in the first information report that the petitioner and others snatched rupees five lacs from possession of the petitioner and fired upon him causing injury in his left hand, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the petitioner. The application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner is rejected.
