The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that in terms of Section 57(B) of the Bihar State Universities (Amendment) Act, 2013, the University is required to nominate five members in the selection committee, but due to inaction on the part of the University, the members have not been nominated as yet, as a result thereof the selection committee has

Considering the aforesaid, the Vice-chancellor of the University is directed to take appropriate decision for nomination of the members in terms of Section 57(B) of the Bihar State Universities (Amendment) Act, 2013, if not already nominated, within a maximum period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
