It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one stolen motorcycle has been recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that actually no recovery has been made from the petitioner but he has been framed in the case. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
