Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot when he along with some others entered to commit theft in the house of the informant but admittedly nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 21.10.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st class , Saran, Chapra in connection with Sonpur P.S.Case No. 408 of 2015/Tr.
