Patna High Court CWJC No.4415 of 2021(2) dt.01-02-2022 2/2 on arguing the matter stating that the petitioner's claim is for Class IV post. The unexplained delay from 2007 and the fact that the petitioner's family survived from 2007 to 2021, therefore, there is no hardship cause to the petitioner's family so as to claim compassionate appointment in the year 2021. Moreover, Apex Court held that compassionate appointment is not a fundamental right.
