Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 413 and 414 IPC.

The police apprehended the petitioner. On search of different places, the police seized one stolen motor-cycle from his house.

It is submitted that all the accused persons from whose possession the stolen motor-cycle were recovered, have already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 10.1.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S.Case No. 324 of 2013.
