The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S.Case No.285 of 2019 dated 10.12.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 02 ltrs. of liquor from the house of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the house is a joint house and moreover he has no criminal antecedent and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.1703 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below and if possible to be disposed of on the same day.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
