JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Gopalganj to take a final decision on the application filed by the petitioner for grant of permission to possess additional arms qua the original licence, existing in his name, bearing Licence no. 30 of 1993, for which the petitioner has already filed an application on 24.09.2018.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and appropriate to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the
