Petitioner is said to have opened fire on the informant causing firearm injury on his neck but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that Annexure-2 series, which are the injury reports of informant, do not support the allegation leveled against the petitioner because three injuries were found on the person of the informant and all the aforesaid three injuries are said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and are simple in nature. Although Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhepura, has mentioned in the impugned order that the injury reports do support the allegation leveled against the petitioner but taking note of the
