Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, co-accused confessed their guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner.

It appears that petitioner is in jail custody since 15.9.2015 but up till now, he has not been put on TI Parade nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Daudnagar P.S. Case no. 115/2015.
