JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 27-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Today this case has been listed on oral motion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that model three answers were incorrect and as such the petitioner is entitled to the benefit for answering question nos. 21, 42 and 96. He submits that he has represented the BPSC vide Annexure-5 dated 6.8.2018 which is still pending.

Considering the fact that representation of the petitioner is pending before the BPSC, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the BPSC to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16552 of 2018(2) dt.27-08-2018 2/2 representation filed by the petitioner contained in Annexure-5 by a reasoned speaking order within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The petitioner is required to file a copy of Annexure-5 alongwith the copy of this order so that the BPSC may appropriately decide the representation of the petitioner. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
