JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2019 Heard Sri Rajesh Ranjan, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Jagdhar Prasad, learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Arvind Kumar Pandey, learned counsel who has appeared on behalf of the informant.

Three petitioners, who were arrayed as accused in the F.I.R. in Ghosi (Okari O.P. ) P.S. Case No. 333 of 2018, registered for offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code 1860, have prayed for grant of bail in the event of their arrest or surrender.

In this case by order dated 11.02.2019 case diary was called for which has been received. Learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7607 of 2019(3) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 petitioners submits that save and except suspicion there is no other material to connect the petitioners however on going through the case diary I am of opinion that in such cases there is no reason to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
