ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-06-2019 In view of the fact that the direction issued earlier to the Additional Sessions Judge could not be complied with on account of his superannuation on 30.04.2019, the present incumbent Sri Neeraj Kumar II, Additional District & Sessions Judge, Katihar has prayed for 45 days' time for conclusion of the trial of the case. The said period has also since expired. However, the court, which is in seisin of the matter has now made a prayer for extension of time. As such, it is directed that he may take expeditious steps so that the trial of Pranpur P.S. Case No.165 of 2017 be concluded on or before the 30th of July, 2019.
