2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sanichari P. S. Case No. 81 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner caused firearms injury in the chest of informant. Doctor found the injury to be grievous.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2025 and charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering period of custody and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sanichari P.
